Weeks 33-37
The project is finaled with the City.
The last several weeks were needed for the finish coats of painting, final floor coating, hardware and light installation, and the last inspection by the City. Almost ready.
Week 31/32
Painting of walls and cabinetry underway.
All wood trim, windows, and cabinetry are being painted by hand rather than spray. This was a specific decision made to help maintain the historic feel of the house.
